Working Bee for New Community Garden in Gillen

Building a thriving community garden network across town is continuing with a new garden at the Centralian Middle School in Gillen.

And we need your help! Come along to the first Community Working Bee to help convert the patch of land that is currently overrun with buffel and couch grass into a productive green and space for the community and students alike.

Date and time: Saturday Oct 24, 8 AM - 12:30 PM

This is a great chance to get involved in the gardening and volunteer community in Alice Springs, if you're not already.

A free breakfast and lunch will be provided for volunteers.
