ALEC is proud to have been part of the on-country buffel grass workshop last week at Umuwa, APY Lands in June 2021. It was a great opportunity for groups from across the Great Victoria Desert to come together, with a full schedule that included knowledge sharing, ranger presentations and discussions on managing buffel grass; accredited training from the Bachelor Institute; and buffel grass monitoring and data collection using the Fulcrum app.
