Board Meeting Dates
The ALEC Board meets regularly to stay connected, review progress, and make key decisions for the organisation’s future. Meetings are held every 6-8 weeks, with dates set in advance to support full participation.
Board members receive meeting invitations and papers via email ahead of each session, and a shared calendar helps everyone stay up to date.

- Wednesday 26/11/25 - 5:30pm - 7:30pm
- Strategic planning: Sunday 1st of February 2026 9-12pm at ALEC office - facilitator and agenda TBA
- Wednesday 04/02/26 - 5:30pm - 7:30pm
- Wednesday 25/03/26 - 5:30pm - 7:30pm
- Wednesday 20/05/26 - 5:30pm - 7:30pm
- Wednesday 22/07/26 - 5:30pm - 7:30pm
- Wednesday 16/09/26 - 5:30pm - 7:30pm
- Wednesday 11/11/26 - 5:30pm - 7:30pm
- AGM: Wednesday 25/11/26 - 5:30pm - 7:30pm
Meetings are held at the ALEC office, 90 Gap Road, and attendance can be remote.
