The Arid Lands Environment Centre is organising a Repair Café! Repair Cafés are a community initiative that promotes repair as an alternative to tossing things out. Alice Springs residents can bring their broken items to fix them on the spot with the help of voluntary repairers, including:

* clothing / textiles

* electrical appliances                

* furniture / wooden objects

* crockery

* toys and teddy bear repairs

* knife sharpening 

Repairs will be done together with yourself and a voluntary repairer. 

If you have nothing to repair, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee or help someone else repair something!
