The NAIDOC 2021 theme – Heal Country! – is a call to action for greater protection for land, waters, sacred sites, and cultural heritage.

Come along to this special NAIDOC event to acknowledge and celebrate the ongoing work of Arrente custodians who continue to care for and heal country,

It will be a fun-filled afternoon at the East Side Community Garden, with lots going on including:

• Garden tours by Community Garden Elders
• Tree Planting: Bush Medicine and Bush Tucker plants
• First Nations open mic: poetry, storytelling and song
• Unveiling of Garden Plaque: acknowledging Arrente Country
