Members of the Arid Lands Environment Centre are invited to attend the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to find out about ALEC’s operations and finances and ask questions about ALEC.
We'll also acknowledge new ALEC Life Members. Drinks and nibbles provided.
At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:
- accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting
- accept the annual financial statements
- accept the annual report
- accept the auditor’s report
- appoint and pay an auditor
- elect the Board of Governance

All members of ALEC are invited to be present at the AGM. If you are unable to attend in person, you may nominate a proxy to vote on any matters on your behalf. See the form below.
