Visit the Sustainability Fair to celebrate, participate and create.
Learn about local sustainability initiatives in a dedicated space
providing an opportunity to learn more about the practical actions
that local residents can take to live more sustainably in the arid
zone. Wander through the stalls, taste entries from the solar oven
bake-off, check out interactive displays and speak to experts from the
trade sector concerning products and services that promote desert
smart living. National Bird Week will be launched at the fair tying in
with the Greening Australia plant sale so the community can learn
about which native plants are best to attract bird life to the garden.
