NT government says Yes, we say No

Period for comment on the uranium exploration license
Under the Mining and Native Title acts, there was a period in which the public could submit comments or objections to the NT government about the uranium exploration at Angela Pamela. The comment period is now closed. The NT government decided to approve the exploration in spite of a wave of responses opposing the exploration.
The NT Government Minerals and Energy website has more details on the legal process
